for preparation of litigation support visuals.

slip, trip and fall as well as
cause and origin claims for the
insurance, legal, financial and construction industries to help them analyze and
resolve claims. Jansen | Kiener has the technical expertise to identify defects
by design, construction claims,
as well as identification of inadequate or deferred maintenance procedures.

Depending upon the exact scope of the claims we also have experience leading
multi-discipline teams comprised of Architects, Mechanical Engineers, Plumbing
Engineers, Electrical Engineers, Construction Managers, and Accountants through
the use of subconsultants.
While we have been successful in enabling many of our
clients to mitigate or eliminate
potential losses, we also have been successful in identifying meritorious claims
early, giving the client ample opportunity to settle without incurring
additional investigation and defense costs. We view the latter as equally
as important as defending the claim.
